User ID Request
Please use this form to request a USERID to access Northside member data. We will verify the data you enter against our CHURCH RECORDS. Once the information is verified, we will email your userid/password VERIFICATION to you. We will issue one userid to each family. Please allow 1-2 business days (M-F) before receiving your VERIFICATION. If you are a qualified NON-member (e.g. moved away, in good standing) and would like a userid, fill in the Special Conditions box describing your situation, and we will review your request. **THE PASSWORD YOU CHOOSE NEEDS TO MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA: AT LEAST EIGHT CHARACTERS LONG, ONE CAP LETTER, ONE lower-case LETTER, AND ONE NUMBER.
